When I received a call from Vanessa about her wedding, I was so excited! She had such a bubbly personality and we just clicked right away. I was so disappointed to find out that we were already booked on her wedding date but I suggested doing an engagement session and she LOVED the idea! Her personality was so amazing and addictive that I just couldn’t say sorry we aren’t available and hang up. It’s so easy to see how Miquel fell in love with Vanessa. It’s hard for me to believe that anyone could meet her and NOT fall in love with her!

We met up with Vanessa & Miquel at the beach on Easter morning. The sun was shining brightly against the blue sky, and we had a few clouds to provide some occasional relief. From the beginning, these two lovebirds made it so easy to capture them just being who they are… cute and so in love with one another! In fact, I would start to tell them what I had in mind and before I could finish the sentence they would have that expression or that pose so naturally.

We couldn’t have thought of a better way to spend Easter than with these two amazing people! Even late last night Matt & I were saying “We really need to hang out with them again!” Matt & Miquel can play video games while Vanessa & I play with our matching pomeranians! : ) They are just such a beautiful couple and so much fun to be around. We feel so blessed to have met them and are so heartbroken that we won’t be at their wedding. I know it will be a beautiful day full of love and, as they both pointed out, A LOT of dancing!
