Erin & Rob have such a cute love story! They met at work, and Rob was so determined to get to know Erin better that he made sure he was always working when Erin was. After a few months of trying to get to know Erin better (without being too forward and obvious) he came up with a brilliant plan to spend time with her outside of work. He invited her to join a bowling league, and she told him she would consider it only if 1) it was at George Pappas Lanes 2) it was on Wednesday night and 3) it started after 7:30pm because of her work schedule. Awesome! Now Rob just had to find a league that fit those exact conditions!

Fortunately, there WAS a league that fit the criteria and they began spending every week getting to know each other better! After 3 weeks, they decided to grab a drink after bowling and Rob found the courage to ask Erin for a kiss! Doesn’t that just make your heart melt?!

We were lucky to have an opportunity this past weekend to meet up with Erin & Rob to take some engagement photos in downtown Charlotte. We began, of course, at George Pappas Park Lanes where they bowled a bit while we snapped photos. It was so sweet being there and knowing how important that bowling alley is to them! You’ll be happy to know that they still bowl there every week! : )

We then moved on to an eclectic area of town with distressed walls and gorgeous sunlight. We also had the pleasure of meeting Owen, their adorable little Boston terrier. Owen is such a happy, energetic, and sweet pup (a perfect fit for Erin & Rob!). We finished up at cute little park with a nice view of downtown Charlotte. There was a gorgeous fountain and pond, with a fun bridge that let Erin and Rob enjoy the scenery and baby ducks and geese floating around.

Erin & Rob are so bubbly and friendly that you can’t help but have a great time around them! We are so excited about seeing them say “I do!” this October at the same church in Charlotte where Erin’s parents were married 30 years ago! We’re also excited to be working with one of our past brides, Nancy Mazzucco, of I Do Wedding Consulting who will be coordinating their special day! It’s going to be incredible!

And now get ready for cuteness overload! We love everything about this e-session! Erin & Rob, thanks for a great time this weekend! We can’t wait to see you both again! : )
